Who we are

Kyoren Courses (courses.kyorenworldwide.com) is run by Kyoren Worldwide (“Kyoren”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at vijay@kyorenworldwide.com or +91 70116 49854.

Buying a course

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Your purchase is complete once Cashfree confirms the payment. A failed or abandoned payment is not a purchase.
• Enter a correct name, email address and WhatsApp number at checkout: that is where your access is sent.
• We may change prices and offers at any time. A change never affects a purchase already made.

Your access

• We send your access details after payment, as set out in our Delivery Policy.
• “Lifetime access” means access for as long as we offer the course. If we ever retire a course, we will give you reasonable notice first.
• We may update, reorder, replace or remove lessons, tools and resources to keep a course current. Software changes quickly, so we don't promise that any lesson stays exactly as it was when you bought it.
• Where a course includes a community, it is included for as long as we run it, and we may move it to another platform.

Your licence, and what you can't do

Each purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the course for themselves and their own business. Videos you make with what you learn are yours.

You may not:

• share your login or access links, or let anyone else use your access;
• copy, record, download, resell, rent, publish, upload or otherwise share any part of a course, including videos, prompt sheets, templates, skills, files and community posts;
• use course material to build a competing course, product or service.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your access without a refund and take any legal action available to us.

Results

Courses teach methods. Your results depend on your effort, skills, footage, niche and the tools you use. We don't guarantee any income, views, followers, clients or other results. Examples, demos and figures on this site are illustrations, not promises.

Third-party tools

Courses use tools made by other companies, such as Claude, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, DaVinci Resolve and Remotion. They are not part of your purchase unless we say so, they have their own prices and terms, and their features can change. We are independent of these companies and not responsible for their availability, pricing or changes. Product names and logos belong to their owners.

Community rules

Be respectful. No spam, selling, unapproved self-promotion or sharing of course material. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules from the community, and in serious cases from the course, without a refund.

Refunds and payment disputes

All sales are final. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out the only cases in which we refund.

If something is wrong with your order, contact us first: most problems are solved within a day. If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase you received, we may suspend your access while it is open and share proof of your purchase and access with the payment provider and your bank.

Liability

Courses are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost revenue, data or business, and our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
